Life in the Pearl River Delta
Teacher Digs
Teachers are placed in an apartment either close to school or close to downtown Nansha for their first year. In subsequent years, teachers may choose to take a housing stipend and find their own housing or to continue to live in school-provided apartments.
Galaxy
Adjacent to the school and a 10 minute walk from the Hong Kong ferry, Galaxy is new construction and is the closest housing to campus.
Binhai Yuecheng
Teachers who choose to live in Nansha's downtown Jinzhou area often choose this modern development. Conveniences like the mall and metro station are only a few minutes' walk away.
Pilotview Harbor
Across the street from school and adjacent to the Hong Kong ferry, Pilotview Harbor is a popular option for teachers who want to live near campus.
Binhai Yucheng
Also next to the Jinzhou metro, Binhai Yucheng is the closest complex to Nansha's newest Starbucks.
